Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST, through Sunday or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or two.
All sales are final policy:
Local delivery is free for orders of $100.00 or more. We ask that you give our delivery driver a cash tip or cash app tip for his/her delivery. They will provide the best service.
Local delivery is available on Mondays, at this time only, within a 15-mile radius from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final policy: Once customers make a purchase, they will not be able to return that item for a replacement or refund. These policies typically apply to all items.

No refund policy: No monetary refunds will be given for any reason with preowned items; however, there are approved circumstances in which alternative refunds may be offered, such as store credit or exchanges for new items only. We will not accept if worn, no stains, and tags must be on items. No monetary refunds or exchanges will be given for any pre-owned and handmade items are sold AS IS .
